Man Charged With Missing Court Date To Answer To Recently Filed Drug Charge

30-year-old Alexander Dectorious Quentail of the Gaston County town of Cramerton was arrested Wednesday (April 7) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with failure to appear on a count of felony possession of schedule I controlled substance.
As WHKY previously reported, Quentail was arrested last Friday (April 2) on the drug count and was scheduled to appear in court Monday (April 5). Authorities say Quentail missed that court date, resulting in Wednesday’s arrest. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $20,000 secured bond. A new District Court date is scheduled for next Wednesday (April 14).

Additional Details Released In Connection To Drug Trafficking Arrests

More information has been released in connection to the arrests of two suspects in a drug case. 20-year-old Tesla Amber Ledford of Mountain Grove Road in Hickory and 36-year-old Summer Michelle Coleman of West Highland Avenue in Granite Falls were arrested last Wednesday (March 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. They’re each charged with two felony counts of trafficking in methamphetamine.
The suspects were taken into custody following a vehicle stop Wednesday. Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office K-9 “Pancho” was utilized during the traffic stop and alerted officers to the possible presence of controlled substances. A search was conducted and Deputies located approximately 80 grams of methamphetamine in the vehi
