Lenoir Man Charged With Break-in, Drug Offenses Cody Allen Rice Lenoir Man Charged With Break-in, Drug Offenses March 9, 2021 25-year-old Cody Allen Rice of Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine and possession of burglary tools along with a misdemeanor count of larceny. Rice was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $17,500 secured bond. A District Court appearance is set for Wednesday (March 10).

He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance. Lindsey is also charged with misdemeanor counts of possession with intent to manufacture schedule IV controlled substance, resisting a public officer, and driving while license revoked. Lindsey was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $55,000 secured bond. No court date was listed.
