FARGO A Moorhead man will spend nearly a month in jail for damaging property during the riot in downtown Fargo last year.
Nicolai Kevin Westrum, 21, apologized Monday, May 24, before Cass County Judge John Irby sentenced him to 30 days behind bars for a Class B felony of conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. Other charges, including arming rioters and engaging in a riot, were dismissed.
