Henry Zweh Kulor and his relatives repeatedly apologized Monday, May 10, in Cass County District Court to the family of 22-year-old Pierce James Kvien, of Roseau, Minn.
Kvien was driving a motorcycle around 10:20 p.m. Aug. 15 at 14th Street North and Eighth Avenue North in Fargo when Kulor ran a stop sign and crashed his vehicle into the NDSU student s bike.

FARGO A Fargo woman who avoided prison time for her part in the fatal attack of a man last year in Moorhead is behind bars again, this time for allegedly threatening to kill two people.
Erin Louise Sundby, 34, appeared Monday, May 3, in Cass County District Court on two charges of terrorizing and one count of attempt to commit aggravated assault, all Class C felonies. The charges stem from a Saturday night disturbance call to 625 21st St. S. in Fargo.
Court documents allege Sundby yelled at two people, saying she would kill them.

A Minnesota woman was arrested after witnesses say she drove over several graves at a Fargo cemetery and nearly hit two people attending a burial.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) A Minnesota woman was arrested after witnesses say she drove over several graves at a Fargo cemetery and nearly hit two people attending a burial.
Fargo police say the incident happened Saturday at Riverside Cemetery.
Twenty-eight-year-old Blair Whitten, of Barnesville, Minnesota, was charged in Cass County District Court Monday with misdemeanor reckless endangerment. KVRR-TV reports that no one was injured.
