Joshua Fergus McCleary, of rural Wheatland, about 30 miles west of Fargo, was arrested Tuesday night, Jan. 12, in Dickinson after a dangerous confrontation with law officers, according to Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner. McCleary allegedly rammed a squad car as officers were attempting to arrest him, Jahner said. The investigation remains active, with at least one other person associated with and seen at the scene of the ATM thefts.
