While COVID-19 and its many impacts, as well as the efforts of Greater Sudburians to overcome those impacts, have understandably generated a large share of headlines during the past year, the pandemic was certainly not the other major local story of 2020.
The great arena debate slogs on, interfering with the essential business the City of Greater Sudbury should be paying attention to instead of this great fiasco.
Sudbury s Kingsway Entertainment District planning appeals dismissed
The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal has dismissed appeals against the Kingsway Entertainment District a controversial arena and event centre planned for Sudbury that was supposed to be built this year.
