Kamel Dupuis-Perez, who lived with their two elementary-age children in Arbor Heights. A friend asked us to publish the link to the crowdfunding page set up for their family, which says in part:
We know they touched so many lives with their spirit for adventure, photography, their love for their children, travelling, and community. This tragic loss is incredibly sad for all of us and we send our love to you as you grieve the unimaginable. The brilliant energy and love that they infused into all of our lives is what motivates us now to continue their legacy of creating a safe, beautiful, and rich life for their children.

SHORELINE, WA - Another hate crime reported in King County this week is putting the focus on the need for change, and leaders in the county are looking to invest big dollars toward doing just that.
Court documents show on Monday, a woman was verbally attacked with threats and racial slurs by her next-door neighbor. It happened in Shoreline.

The occupants of the blue sedan both died in an incident that happened in the 11800 block of Ambaum Blvd. SW on Tuesday. The driver of a white sedan, according to an eye witness struck the blue sedan which pushed into oncoming traffic where it was struck by the red truck. The driver of the white sedan fled the immediate scene but was apprehended two blocks away and arrested.
