It’s been a while but the NCAA Track and Field and Cross Country Championships are back in a big way this year.
Friday and Saturday are the NCAA Indoor Track Championships from Arkansas and then Monday we’ve got the NCAA Cross Country Championships from Oklahoma.

The contest is very simple. You pick the top 3 individuals in the distance events at NCAA indoors and NCAA cross. You also pick the team winners. We score your picks and determine a winner.
