Warburton: ‘It’s another big game for us’ Share article:
QPR boss Mark Warburton has refuted claims that Rangers’ season is over heading into the final stanza of the Sky Bet Championship campaign.
A largely-excellent second half of 2020/21 has left the R’s looking up rather than down, with Warburton’s men now tasked with improving on a 13th-place finish last time around.
Tonight (Wednesday), Rangers are set to welcome Millwall in a London derby at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium – QPR aiming to bounce back from a slim weekend defeat at the hands of Huddersfield Town on home soil.
“The target is to finish as high as we can and gain as many points as we can, too,” Warburton told www.qpr.co.uk.
