Havana, Feb 1 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Monday denounced the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on women, as it has increased inequalities in the world of work. On his Twitter account, the head of Cuban diplomacy noted that women have been the most affected by the economic effects of the health emergency, according to the humanitarian organization Oxfam. If gender equality existed in the sectors most affected by Covid-19, 112 million women had not been at risk of losing their revenues or jobs, he recalled.
