RHCs operational in Tank

TANK: District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Ihsanullah Bittani has said all the rural health centers (RHCs) in the Tank district are operational.
Talking to the media, he said practical steps were being taken to provide health facilities to the people of rural areas. He said various measures were taken to improve health infrastructure and operationalize all the Basic Health Units (BHUs) and Rural Health Centres (RHCs).

Development package worth Rs15 billion announced for Rajanpur
LAHORE:
Special Assistant to Chief Minister (SACM) on Information Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that backward areas of the province would be brought on par with developed cities, adding that the process of development has been initiated in under-developed areas.
Dr Firdous said Chief Minister Usman Buzdar is determined to ensure composite development in the province and has announced a development package of Rs15 billion for different projects in Rajanpur.
She further said that a university would be set up in Rajanpur while the development package consists of Girls Degree College Rojhan, Trauma Centre in District Headquarter Hospital, Rescue 1122 Centers in Fazilpur and Kot Mithan, and up-gradation of Rural Health Centers of Dajal and Fazilpur.
Healthy people under 50 who are not essential workers likely won’t get vaccinated until this summer. Counties are currently vaccinating health providers, farmworkers, teachers, law enforcement personnel and people over age 65.
