The two companies filed their preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in February.
Sebi s observation is necessary for any company to launch public issues like initial public offer (IPO), follow-on public offer (FPO)and rights issue.

NEW DELHI: Agrochemical technicals firm India Pesticides and the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences have received capital markets regulator Sebi s go-ahead to float initial share-sales.
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and India Pesticides obtained Sebi s observation on April 28 and April 30, respectively, an update with Sebi showed on Monday.

Patients will be usually from States likes Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Delhi in the North; Kerala, Karnataka in the South; Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan in the West; and West Bengal, Odisha in East; along with Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh in Central India.
Commenting on the record performance, Dr. Sandeep Attawar, Program Director and Chair, Thoracic Organ Transplant program, KIMS Hospitals said, The team has performed 12 double lung transplants for patients with respiratory failures caused due to COVID-19 and 38 heart, double lung & combined heart double lung transplants for patients suffering from advanced cardio respiratory failure since September 2020.

Hyderabad, April 19 : Doctors at the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), have performed 12 Covid double lung transplants amid 50 lung and heart transplants overall between September 2020 and April 2021, the institution said.
This is by far the highest number of Covid double lung transplant procedures performed at a single healthcare institute in Asia in the past eight months.
The Heart & Lung Transplant Institute received critical patients from across the country, and some among these required advanced respiratory support (ECMO) for respiratory failure caused due to Covid-19 virus.

Former Director of Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Dr Kakarla Subba Rao passed away in the wee hours of Friday. About a month back Subba Rao got admitted in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Secunderabad with age-related health complications.
According to doctors at KIMS, Subba Rao breathed his last this morning. He was born on 25 January 1925 in Pedamuttevi, a small village in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh. He pursued MBBS in Andhra Medical College in the year 1950 and later landed in the USA. He served as Professor of Radiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York and in 1985 he returned to the country inspired by NTR.

Playing a significant part in shaping this makeover was Dr Kakarla Subba Rao, a noted Radiologist. He oversaw the change, growth and diversification in the mid 1980s with a tough, no-nonsense and committed attitude. Today, the NIMS is a huge facility with expertise and research capabilities in almost all disciplines of modern healthcare.
