Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 36-year-old North Grenville woman in connection with marks left on a Pride Crosswalk in Kemptville on Tuesday night.
Provincial police received a report of mischief at the corner of Reuben Crescent and Prescott Street just after 9:30.

NORTH GRENVILLE – Provincial police say there is no concern for public safety in connection with a report of a suspicious person in Kemptville on Tuesday.
A young man spoke with several youths at the skate park near Reuben Crescent at about 4 p.m. The man indicated he was 27 years old and from the Ottawa area, according to a Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police news release issued on Thursday.

An Elizabethtown-Kitley resident faces multiple charges after provincial police used a tire-deflation device and a rolling block to stop a driver on Highway 401 early Saturday.
Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a complaint at about 5:50 a.m.; a southbound vehicle from Ottawa on Highway 416 was repeatedly crossing lane lines, and damage to the front of the vehicle was observed.
