The digital hub To keep the project on schedule for completion in late 2021, construction team BAM quickly adapted to the safety restrictions in place, creating a Covid-safe working environment for its employees that has enabled the project to move forward on time and on budget. In January, existing buildings were demolished and the site cleared, ready for construction to be begin. Then in February a huge tower crane arrived, to lift materials on to, and around, the site for the duration of the development. Work then started on strengthening and lining the basement walls.
