Christ Church Oak Brook-Butterfield will begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations on Tuesdays, April 13 and 27.
The church, located at 501 Oak Brook Road in Oak Brook, has agreed to be an approved vaccine clinic location.
The process began months earlier but was delayed due to a vaccine shortage, said Greg Scott, director of building operations at Christ Church Oak Brook. Scott said the church has partnered with iHealth in Naperville to distribute about 1,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine on each of its clinic days on April 13 and 27 at its Oak Brook location, and could potentially be approved to distribute more depending upon supplies.
Appointments for the April 13 clinic can be made for the Janssen/Johnson&Johnson vaccine by clicking here or visiting www.ihealthsc.com/vaccine-clinics/.
