Pupils attending Newarkâs newest primary school from September will have the opportunity to grow in every sense of the word and to explore lifeâs big questions Ââ that is the view of Nigel Frith, director of education, in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham.
Mr Frith was referring to the construction of the Christ Church Primary School on Middlebeck, south of Newark.
Building work, as these exclusive pictures from a drone show, is progressing well with no significant delays, despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Work on the new home of Newarkâs Christ Church Primary School is progressing at pace at the growing neighbourhood of Middlebeck.
The main steel structures of the facility are now in place thanks to construction forging ahead through 2020.
Work began on designs for the building in 2017 and, once the first phase is complete, it will feature seven classrooms, a library, main and small hall, commercial catering kitchen, respective administrative functions, and outdoor facilities.
