Christmas efforts in Bexley. The three brightest, prettiest and most Christmassy houses in Bexley have been crowned by the council. Thousands of us spent extra money, time and care on decorations and lights this year as we battled to keep spirits high at the end of an unusual year. And many joined in with the Mayor of Bexley s Christmas Light Up Bexley competition. Cllr James Hunt added in a bunch of small prizes and christmas cards for all who competed, adding a little more incentive for residents looking to light up their streets in December, and for some even November.
