Driver charged in two-vehicle collision on Round Lake Road
KILLALOE A 56-year-old driver has been charged following a two-vehicle collision in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Ricahrds on Tuesday, March 2.

Police report no serious injuries resulted from the crash that occurred about 10:25 a.m. on Round Lake Road at the Highway 60 intersection. A car and sport utility vehicle were involved in the incident.
Police said a northbound passenger car proceeded through the intersection and collided with the westbound SUV. As a result of police investigation, the driver of the passenger car was charged with starting from stopped position not in safety, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. The defendant was issued a Provincial Offences Act notice. Both vehicles sustained damages and were towed.
