GILES COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ and WWBT) - A 2-year-old boy abducted from Giles County Sunday has been found safe and an AMBER Alert has been canceled.
According to police, Noah Trout was taken from Riverview Baptist Church at around noon Sunday and was believed to be in extreme danger.”
Officials say the boy is now “in the hands of FBI Agents and VSP Tactical Team members.”

AN Amber Alert was issued after two-year-old Noah Trout was abducted from a Virginia church on Sunday, May 2.
Deputies said the toddler was abducted at noon from the nursery at Riverview Baptist Church in Ripplemead, Virginia.

Trout was reportedly taken by an unidentified female, described as possibly wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a black beanie. The female left with Noah in a dark-colored van or SUV, deputies with the Giles County Sheriff s Office said, adding they believe the vehicle may be heading for West Virginia.

He’s White, Male, Blond hair, Blue eyes, 2 years old, 2 foot 9 inches tall, weighing 33 lbs, Last seen wearing a gray shirt with a orange jacket.

May 3 A 2-year-old boy was found safe after a reported abduction from a church nursery in Virginia on Sunday, officials said.
Authorities rescued Noah Trout from a home in Allegheny County and arrested Nancy Renee Fridley, a 44-year-old Clifton Forge woman, the Giles County sheriff said at an afternoon press conference. Fridley was charged with abduction and felony child endangerment.
Still, many questions remain. Even though Noah has been rescued, the investigation is still ongoing, the sheriff said.
