By Jack Kulp East Bay residents may soon see a hike in their water bills. East Bay MUD customers might see a proposed rate increase of 4% by July of this year, then another 4% by July of 2022. EBMUD board of directors will vote on it next month, and they want to put the $$ to improving infrastructure.
