Hatsune Miku and Pusheen Collaboration Announced
Crypton Future Media announced a collaboration project between Hatsune Miku and Pusheen. The first visual by Japanese illustrator Choke is available on the official Crypton Future Media Twitter.
This project is part of MikuWorldCollab, in which Hatsune Miku and popular IPs collaborate in a series of illustrations, LINE stamps, and goods. In January 2021, Miku had a collaboration with “Over Action Rabbit,” who is a LINE and Kakao Talk sticker character popular in Asia. There is currently no concrete release date for merchandise or digital content.
In a press release, Crypton Future Media expressed its intention to continue working on collaborations with the international market in mind. While Miku has had many collaborations in the past, such as with Alolan Vulpix in 2020, this is the first time Miku will collaborate with an American IP.

Ravensburger has partnered with the social media star, Pusheen the Cat to launch a new card game called Pusheen Purrfect Pick.
The family-friendly card game sees players plan their perfect weekend by collecting ‘essentials’ from the board and using them to take snapshots for their weekend.
Essentials include Pusheen’s friends such as Stormy, Pip, Pusheenicorn, and others, as well as items like cupcakes and rainbows. Players then turn in these essentials to collect snapshots, each worth a certain number of stars.
The first player to collect ten stars, wins.
Having made its debut in 2010, it’s estimated that Pusheen’s images and gifs have been sent more than 20 billion times across social media.

United Kingdom-based candy brand Freedom Confectionery just launched its newest product: a chocolate-covered vegan gummy bar made in partnership with international cartoon star Pusheen The Cat. The Vegumi chocolate bars are filled with gelatin-free strawberry gummy candy and feature a wrapper with a Pusheen design. Pusheen was created in 2010 by Claire Belton and Andrew Duff for a comic strip on their website, Everyday Cute, and is now a popular sticker available on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The Freedom Confectionary partnership is the first time that Pusheen has signed a confectionary licensing agreement since its inception.
“After being in the business for five years, this is by far the most exciting launch Freedom Confectionery has been a part of,” Freedom Confectionery Sales Director Elvin Willgrass said. “To have a brand licensing partnership with Pusheen is an amazing opportunity, and I can’t wait to hear what our customers think
