HELENA â Delain Valenzuela Davis, 27, appeared via video in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court on Monday for the felony charge of sexual assault.
According to court documents, on Friday evening Lewis and Clark County Deputies were notified of an alleged sexual assault involving Davis and a girl under the age of 12.
The girl alleges Davis touched her while she was in bed and ran from the room once he noticed she was awake.
Davis is currently on parole for attempted sexual assault that involved a girl under the age of 10 in Billings in 2013. He was convicted in Yellowstone County District Court and sentenced in 2015 to a 20 years in prison with 15 years suspended.

Watertown, SD Â On December 26, 2020 at approximately 10:40 pm, Codington County Deputies observed a black Cadillac Escalade traveling westbound on 164th Street near 450th Avenue. The Escalade failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection before turning northbound on 450th avenue. During the turn, the vehicle swerved into the on-coming traffic lane and nearly went into the west ditch. When the deputy activated their emergency lights and siren, the vehicle slowed down and sped up multiple times before accelerating at a high rate of speed.
Deputies initiated a pursuit and contacted neighboring counties for mutual aid. The pursuit conditions varied from gravel roads, to paved roads. At one point, the Escalade lost control and left the roadway, entering a plowed corn field. The Escalade eventually merged back onto the roadway and continued to flee.
(CLARK CO.) – A Louisville man was arrested after a short pursuit early Monday morning.
Around Midnight, Clark County dispatch advised that a “boom” truck, allegedly stolen in Kentucky, was possibly en route to the Charlestown, Indiana area.
An Indiana State trooper spotted a truck matching the description, traveling eastbound on I-265 near the Clark and Floyd County line. The trooper followed the vehicle as it exited on State Road 62 eastbound and attempted to make a traffic stop; however, the truck failed to stop and fled eastbound on State Road 62.
The vehicle struck stop sticks deployed by Troopers and Clark County Deputies on State Road 62 but continued on the highway. The truck then traveled eastbound in the westbound lanes of State Road 62 before finally coming to a stop after running off the south side of State Road 62 just east of Logistics Avenue. The driver exited the vehicle and fled into a wooded area but was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.
