CCHD: Only 2nd-dose COVID vaccinations next week; available 1st doses not open to general public

WiILMINGTON – During the week of April 19, the Clinton County Health District will not provide any first-dose COVID-19 vaccinations to the general public.
Any first-dose COVID vaccinations will be provided only through local employers or school environments.
In addition, the CCHD will provide second-dose vaccinations to nearly 1,200 individuals who previously received their first-dose vaccinations with CCHD during the week of March 29. These are the Pfizer brand of vaccine and are unaffected by the pause in administration of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) brand of vaccine in Ohio and the U.S.
