CLINTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORTS WILMINGTON The following information comes from incident reports provided by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in court. The sheriff’s office recently processed these reports: • At 5:44 p.m. on April 12, a 39-year-old female reported a 31-year-old male had violated a protection order she issued against him. The suspect would later be charged with allegedly violating the order in Clinton County Municipal Court. A complaint warrant was filed on April 15. • At 11:13 p.m. on April 12, a 44-year-old Port William male reported $14,000 worth of tools and musical instruments had been stolen. According to the report, the theft took place between March 15 and April 12 at the 7900 block of U.S. 68 North in Wilmington/Liberty Township.

CCHD sets walk-in vaccine clinics for next week; priority given to those who register in advance News Journal WILMINGTON – The Clinton County Health District (CCHD) is hosting three Walk-In Clinics for COVID-19 vaccinations (Pfizer brand) on the campus of Southern State Community College North Campus in Wilmington next week. Priority will be given to those individual who register in advance at https://bookclintoncovidvax.timetap.com/#/ . These clinics are: • Tuesday, April 27 9 a.m.-3 p.m. • Wednesday, April 28 2-4:30 p.m. The CCHD will continue to accommodate those Clinton Countians who are not comfortable with online scheduling technology. GREEN COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - The suspect accused of shooting an Ohio Department of Natural Resources officer in December has now been arrested on charges of illegal gun possession. Brian Liming, 44, of Jamestown, Ohio, was arrested by federal ATF agents on the charge that stems from the shooting of the ODNR officer, according to Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio Vipal Patel.
