CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The City of Cleveland Safety Director Karrie D. Howard confirmed on Friday that 51-year-old Sgt. Christopher Graham was terminated following an internal investigation conducted by the Cleveland Division of Police Internal Affairs Unit.
The City of Clevelandâs termination letter stated Graham used excessive force when arresting a woman without merit on Sept. 12, 2017, which resulted in him being charged with assault and unlawful restraint.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Safety Director Karrie D. Howard confirmed 23-year-old Cleveland Police Dispatcher Kashauna Lowe was terminated following an internal investigation conducted by the Cleveland Division of Police Internal Affairs Unit.
The City of Clevelandâs termination letter states Willoughby Police arrested Lowe on Sept. 5, 2020, for operating a motor vehicle intoxicated and open container in a motor vehicle.
âYou diminished the esteem of the Cleveland Division of Police by being untruthful to Willoughby Police during their investigation of a hit-skip crash,â the letter said.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The City of Cleveland confirmed Patrol Officer Noel Hernandez resigned on Thursday after being suspected of âproviding law enforcement investigative information to individuals suspected of drug activity and of participating in conduct and behavior not acceptable of a police officer.â
His resignation comes one day before facing his disciplinary hearing before Safety Director Karrie Howard for the multiple allegations of ethics violations and Cleveland Division of Police Manual of Rules violations.
