COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â As was the case with so many events in 2020, the Branch County Association of Realtors® (BCAR) was unable to host their annual âCliffie Bowers Memorial Scholarshipâ fundraiser due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
Since current restrictions still do not allow in person luncheons yet, BCAR decided to do things a little differently this year.
Instead of their usual live auction, over 70 BCAR members came to the BCAR office through-out the day last Thursday to make donations and pick up boxed âto goâ lunches from Jimmy Johnâs which were sponsored by Eric Ellisonâs team at Infinity Mortgage Associates.

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – For some of us, inadequate sleep has been linked to obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular conditions and hypertension.
As hard as it can be to get a restful nightâs sleep, imagine trying to sleep in a shelter, a cardboard box or on a park bench.
In honor of National Sleep Awareness Month, the Branch County Association of Realtors recently hosted a âSleep Driveâ and collected pillows, blankets and sleeping bags.
The items were then donated to the Coach Eby Youth & Family Center to be distributed to those in need.
