ESCONDIDO    An Escondido masseur was arrested this week after two women reported sexual misconduct during their massages, police said. The masseur, identified as Hengwei Chi, 47, was jailed Saturday on suspicion of misdemeanor sexual battery. He remained in custody Monday in lieu of $10,000 bail. The two accusers who did not know each other reported their encounters on July 20, police Detective Jeff Udvarheyli said in a news release. According to Udvarheyli, the incidents happened during massages at Mayflower Spa, in a shopping center on East Valley Parkway near North Citrus Avenue. Advertisement
