Pair of snowmobile incidents on Two Top Trail keep Search and Rescue busy on Saturday Gallatin County Sheriff s Search and Rescue By: Cody Boyer and last updated 2021-01-24 20:01:03-05 BOZEMAN — A 64-year-old woman is recovering after a snowmobiler crashed into the back of her snowmobile Saturday morning. The crash happened on the Two Top Trail system, about 12 miles southwest of West Yellowstone, around 11:16 a.m. Deputies say the woman was stopped along the trail when the other snowmobiler crashed into her, sending her and her snowmobile down an eight-foot embankment and launching her over the handlebars. Rescuers with Gallatin County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (SAR) say the crash left the woman with rib, back, femur and wrist injuries.
