Devon has been a true Warrior since coming to ESU in 2013 from Hanover, Pa. A four-year starter on ESU’s football team and a three-time Academic All-America first team selection – the first and only student-athlete in school history to achieve that feat – he has consistently proven his dedication to both his academic pursuits and his Warriors teammates.

Constitutionally protected interests or legal rights to privacy and confidentiality regarding personal and other data gathered by the University
East Stroudsburg University s Right to Know Policy is designed to do the following:
Ensure and facilitate the public s right of access to information about the conduct and activities of University operations
These policies result from the desire of the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania to comply with federal regulations requiring the establishment of such a board.
More fundamentally, the policy stems from the University’s self-imposed commitment to safeguard privacy, the rights and welfare of human participants in all research under its sponsorship, and to serve as their protector on behalf of the community of persons of which the University is a part.
