This information comes by way of an industry insider commonly referred to as Dusk Golem. In the wake of Capcom’s recent Resident Evil Showcase, the user was asked on social media about the potential for VR functionality in
Resident Evil Village. While Dusk Golem said he wasn’t certain about this aspect in particular, they did go on to say that a next-gen patch for
Resident Evil Re:Verse Multiplayer Shooter to Launch Free with Village
Resident Evil Re:Verse, which will be offered for free to anyone who purchases
Resident Evil Village (which has a demo today and is launching in May). It is a multiplayer game that showcases many of the franchise’s famous characters. Four-to-six players will face off in a deathmatch in famous series locations, and each character has their own unique skill set. The game will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and be playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S through backward compatibility.
While not many details about the gameplay have been revealed, one notable aspect that sticks out is that players can reanimate as a bioweapon once eliminated, as shown when Claire kills Leon, who then transforms into Nemesis afterward to get revenge.
The Division 2 Getting Resident Evil Content
Resident Evil Village, but viewers were also shown new content coming to
Tom Clancy s The Division 2. While it might seem odd given that Ubisoft publishes that game,
The Division 2 will be getting new content based on the Resident Evil universe! The crossover was announced during the Showcase by Massive Entertainment s Yannick Banchereau. Running from February 2nd through the 15th, the event is meant as part of the celebration for Resident Evil s 25th anniversary. Just logging in during that time frame will get players Leon S. Kennedy s RPD outfit as a warm-up.

Resident Evil 4 Remake Reportedly Hits Roadblock at Capcom

Resident Evil 4. Unfortunately, based on a new report that has now come about, it sounds as though the game’s development may have hit a roadblock internally due to differences of opinion.
According to VGC, Capcom is said to have changed course when it comes to work on the remake of
Resident Evil 4. Specifically, M-Two, which is a studio that was leading development on the project, has had its role drastically shrunk. M-Two previously helped work on last year’s remake of
Resident Evil 3 and then was planned to transition over to

Something to look forward to: Capcom s Resident Evil Showcase took place yesterday, revealing gameplay footage of the next entry in the series: Resident Evil Village. The company also announced a new six-person multiplayer deathmatch mode called RE:Verse that comes free with the game.
The new Resident Evil Village trailer gives us a better look at the giant vampire woman that sent the internet into a frenzy last week. Called Lady Dimitrescu, we see her speaking to someone called Mother Miranda possibly the game s main antagonist.
We also get another glimpse of what could be Lady Dimitrescu s daughters, who appear able to turn into clouds of insects might there be some link to Resi VII s Marguerite? And the hammer-wielding character who turns up at the end could be the vampire lady s brother (Heisenberg?).
