Ever since its official reveal at the PlayStation conference in June 2020, fans have been eagerly anticipating more news on the latest entry in the long running survival horror franchise: Resident Evil Village. Aside from a few trailers and a vague release year, little is known about the game currently. This is set to change with a Resident Evil showcase announced for the 21st of January.
Making the announcement on Twitter, Capcom said “Don’t miss the Resident Evil Showcase on January 21st at 10pm GMT! Join Brittney Brombacher on a guided tour of Resident Evil Village, including a new trailer, first-ever gameplay, and lots more Resident Evil news!”

Resident Evil Village gameplay is scheduled to be shown at the
Resident Evil Showcase on January 21st, which will include a tour of the titular village, a brand new trailer, and additional Resident Evil news alongside the gameplay.
