Image Source: IANS News New Delhi, July 6 : With 34,703 fresh Covid cases, India on Tuesday recorded lowest spike since March 17, said the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, as only 553 deaths were reported in the biggest relief since April 6. This comes just four days after the country crossed the grim four-lakh-deaths milestone due to Covid. On May 23, India witnessed the highest fatalities with 4,454 deaths in 24 hours at the peak of the second wave. The very first death in the country due to the pandemic was reported last March.
