He believes the person who fired the fatal shot is a professional or ex-military sniper and may have come from the the eastern states. Unless it was a fully trained professional or an ex-SAS sniper, I can t see anyone else making that shot, Mr Russo added. A kill shot at 300m, in those conditions, it s big. It s a long shot. I doubt they d use anybody from here, and they would have had to be a professional or ex-professional. Someone with SAS training.

The son-in-law of slain Rebels bikie Nick Martin has been arrested for breaching his parole conditions after being wounded in the Perth Motorplex attack.
Ricky Chapman underwent surgery after being injured by the same bullet that killed Martin at Kwinana Beach on Saturday evening.
The 31-year-old was released from hospital but arrested overnight after authorities issued a return to prison warrant.
WA Police on Wednesday alleged Chapman, a former Bandidos member, had breached his parole conditions by associating with an outlaw motorcycle gang.
The state government is offering a reward of up to $1million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Martin s killer.
