A Queensland man has been charged after allegedly importing $450,000 worth of liquid fantasy into Australia.
About 120 litres of Gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL) was detected inside plastic bottles labelled as cleaning supplies, skincare products and fishing gear.
A 37-year-old Queensland man has been charged with importing a border controlled drug.
Air cargo consignment bottles were examined by Australian Border Force officers in Sydney and Melbourne in November when the investigation began.
The bottles contained a clear liquid substance, which tested positive to GBL.
