Preview: Korn Ferry Tour returns at LECOM Suncoast Classic

The wait is over. The Korn Ferry Tour is back Thursday at the LECOM Suncoast Classic at Lakewood National Golf Club Commander in Lakewood, Ranch, Fla., following a four-month hiatus on the 2020-21 wraparound season schedule.
Tackling such an extensive break brings out different methods of attack both on and off the course for Korn Ferry Tour members. On the course, some members played the PGA TOUR through sponsor exemptions like Davis Riley, and others like Nick Hardy showed their Korn Ferry Tour Monday Qualifier success travels to any level by advancing through the Monday Qualifier to earn entry into back-to-back PGA TOUR starts. PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. Jordan Spieth took on a bold tee shot and pulled it off perfectly to set up birdie. He hit a poor 3-wood that went off a tree and back into the fairway that led to another.
Whether it’s good golf or good breaks, it’s making him feel a lot better about his game at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He shot a 5-under 67 at Spyglass Hill on Friday for a one-shot lead over Daniel Berger going into the weekend.

The PGA Tour leaves Phoenix and the rowdy fans at the Waste Management Open to head to the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links. There is only one water hazard at this event â the Pacific Ocean. Even though this is one of the weaker fields weâll see (no top-10 players now that DJ has withdrawn), the views will be breathtaking. The golf should still be exciting, with several up-and-comers going against some of the established pros with great course history.
FanDuel has six golfers priced at or above $11,000 this week. DFS players have a salary cap of $60,000 to select six golfers for an average roster spot of $10,000. Patrick Cantlay ($11,900) is the highest-priced golfer, with Daniel Berger close behind at $11,600. Paul Casey ($11,400), Will Zalatoris ($11,200), and Jordan Spieth ($11,100) round out FanDuelâs top-five highest priced golfers.
