Big Tag Match Announced For AEW Dynamite: Beach Break, Cody Responds To Shaq Next Week
On tonight’s AEW
Dynamite, a number of matches were announced for next week’s show. Most notably, AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks and Impact World Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers vs. Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds will go down.
Also, Cody Rhodes is set to finally respond to Shaq’s comments from his appearance last month. The last time we saw the NBA Hall of Famer, he had some words for Cody’s wife, Brandi, and ended up getting a drink thrown on him.
AEW Dynamite: Sting saves Darby Allin

TNT Champion Darby Allin received backup in the form of professional wrestling legend Sting as he defended his title against Brian Cage on Dynamite.
ADVERTISEMENT Allin faced Cage in the main event on Wednesday, which was the second night of AEW s New Year s Smash.
Allin attacked Cage immediately once the bell rang, however, Cage would quickly take over the match using his superior size and strength.
Cage was able to throw Allin from the ring to the outside area, sending the champ crashing through a table. Allin then started bleeding from the top of his head. Cage continued to punish his opponent with multiple powerbombs and set up the steel steps outside the ring.
Nick Jackson Details His Battle With COVID
Nick Jackson, one half of AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks, has called out “COVID Deniers” while revealing that he was bedridden for nearly three weeks upon contracting the virus back in September.
“Crazy to think there’s still COVID deniers out there in the world,” said Jackson on social media. “I had a pretty bad case of COVID in early September that kept me bed ridden for nearly 3 weeks. I couldn’t taste or smell for 2 and a half months. At one point my whole body had hives on it and my doctor said that it was definitely from COVID,” added Jackson.
