For years, most convenience store jobs were about stocking shelves and ringing up customers, but that era has passed, according to Travis Sheetz, president and COO of the 600-plus store Sheetz chain based in Pennsylvania. Sheetz was interviewed about those changes by Henry Armour, president and CEO of NACS, during “The Future of Work with Travis Sheetz,” a Spotlight Session included in NACS’ recent Crack the Code Experience.
