No-contact bail list grows for La Crosse man accused of attempted homicide

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) A 22-year-old La Crosse man accused of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and other charges in connection with an April 4 drive-by-shooting is free on $10,000 cash bail, tied to a longer no-contact list, according to court records.

Julius A. Lloyd, who made his initial appearance during a Zoom hearing in La Crosse County Circuit Court Monday, is accused of being the shooter in the April 4 incident in the area of Rublee and Prospect streets.
One of the shots allegedly hit the victim in the hip, causing a non-life-threatening injury, according to the arrest complaint.
