LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) - The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a man wanted for attempted murder.
Joshua Seals, 37, is wanted for failing to appear in court for attempted second-degree murder and the cultivation of marijuana. He is 6′2″ and weighs 190 with brown hair and green eyes.

Newark police helped celebrate little Allure s birthday with balloons, a card, and gifts.
The girl was only 2 when gunfire erupted in January on Cabinet Street.
Two adults were also shot, and survived.
Officer Robbie Sampson was one of the first responders who helped save Allure s life, and still keeps in touch with the girl and her mother.
