(WAFF) - A multi-county pursuit ended in e ended in Morgan County where it began, after going through Cullman County, with two people in custody Friday night. The chase started in Morgan County when a deputy initiated a traffic stop and the driver wouldn’t pull over, according to Mike Swafford with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and the Cullman Daily News. Authorities identified the two suspects as 45-year-old Burt Williams and 48-ear-old Tracy Winnett.

(WAFF) - A murder suspect, wanted in connection with a homicide in Missouri, was found dead in Cullman County on Saturday. According to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office, Justin Chase Stevens was wanted in connection with a murder that happened in Jasper, Missouri. Deputies said Stevens was also wanted for sexual abuse. Cullman County deputies went to a home in West Point after getting a tip about his location. That’s where they found his body.
