Scott Barker. Picture: West Yorkshire Police A man has been jailed for six-and-a-half years after being sentenced for a series of sexual offences and voyeurism. Scott Barker, 34 and from Dewsbury, was sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on Monday after pleading guilty to offending against a female teenager which took place in the Kirklees area, in 2018 and 2019. He was sentenced for five offences of engaging in sexual activity with a child and an offence of sexual assault. He was also sentenced to two offences of voyeurism, an offence of taking category B indecent images, as well as an offence of taking category C indecent images.
A second conviction for Shay Joseph Middleton 3 February 2021
The 32 year old has been sentenced in the Wellington District Court to three years in prison . for possessing videos depicting child sexual abuse and exploitation.
He must forfeit all devices and will be placed on the Child Sex Offender register.
Middleton was convicted of the same offence in 2013 - and sentenced to one year of intensively supervised community work.
