A data registry application for child cancer patients which has been developed was handed over to the Children’s Cancer Foundation (YASKA) by IT Protective Security Services (ITPSS). This will help improve patient care at the hospital, said the organisation recently.
According to a statement, the software application was developed by the organisation’s research and development team led by Haji Isyrah bin Haji Fahmi Osman, as part of a corporate social responsibility initiative. Paediatric oncology consultant at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital Dr Hajah Norehan binti Haji Johari and Vice Chairperson of YASKA, Tsara’ Nawwarah binti Abdullah Chen received the software.
