FGEI students get ready for regular classes from today National March 1, 2021 Rawalpindi: All schools and colleges, operating under the Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEI) Cant/Garrison Directorate, would open from March 1 (Monday) as per the pre-coronavirus routine. The educational institutes will be operating five days a week with 100 per cent attendance from Monday, the spokesman for the FGEI Wajid Masood said. The full-fledged activities in schools and colleges had been restored after considerable decline in the corona cases. He said heads of all educational departments had been instructed to ensure implementation of anti-COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in letter and spirit to avoid any contraction of the virus.

LoU signed to promote taxation system in country National December 24, 2020 ISLAMABAD: In line with the vision of the prime minister to promote the taxation system in the country, a special signing ceremony of the Letter of Understanding (LoU) between the Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institution, Cantonments Garrisons, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) was held here on Wednesday. The Letter of Understanding was signed by Director Administration, Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institution, Cantonments Garrisons, Brigadier Khalid Mahmood Shafi, and Chief FATE of FBR Aisha Farooq. The LoU is aimed at promoting the tax culture and creating tax awareness in all educational institutions under the Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions, Cantonments Garrisons.
