Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses. Investigating officer Sergeant Linford Baxter of the Joint Operations Road Policing Unit, based at Milton Keynes, said: “This was a serious collision which has left a man with serious injuries. “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed the collision, or saw the black Corsa being driven prior to the collision to please get in touch with police. “I would also ask any drivers who were in the area to please check their dash-cams for any potential evidence, and contact police if it has captured anything that can assist this investigation. “You can call the 24-hour non-emergency number 101, or make a report online, quoting reference number 43210192735.”
It happened at around 3.30pm on Friday in Moreland Drive. The boy, who was a pedestrian, was hit by a grey Nissan X-trail. He had to be taken to hospital with serious injuries and he is still there as of Monday morning. Police investigating the crash want to hear from anyone who may have information that could help piece together what happened. The motorcyclist, a man in his forties, sustained serious injuries. He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition. The driver of the car, a man in his thirties, was uninjured. Investigating Officer, PC Beth Drummond of the Joint Operations Road Policing Unit, made this new appeal today. She said: “We have now obtained new evidence in the form of dash-cam footage that shows a number of witnesses at the incident, some running towards the scene to help the motorcyclist and driver of the Ford. “We appreciate that two of these witnesses have come forward but there were other witnesses at the scene who we need to speak to, therefore I would urge them to contact police as soon as they can.
The A413 London Road in Wendover Dean Two drivers are in hospital with serious injuries following a crash on a busy A-road on Friday night. A white BMW 120, a silver Ford Fiesta, a grey Mazda 6 and a silver BMW 520 were involved in the crash at around 11.15pm on the A413 London Road in Wendover Dean. The driver of the Mazda, a man in his forties and the driver of the silver BMW, a man in his thirties, suffered serious injuries and were taken to hospital. Their families are being supported by specialist police officers. The drivers of the other two cars suffered minor injuries but did not need to go to hospital.
