The countywide phone survey of residents will start in January to assess the overall physical, emotional, educational and financial health of the community, according to a Henry Ford Allegiance Health news release. The hospital is partnering with the Center for Family Health and the Jackson County Health Department through the Jackson Collaborative Network to do the phone survey. The results will be used by the organizations to better focus their resources toward helping the community, the release states.
