Also Tuesday, state police announced a second arrest, charging Darrell Dawkins, 30, with unlawful possession of a handgun. “The investigation at this time does not reveal that Dawkins is a suspected shooter at the party,” state police said. Kevin Dawkins, 36, was previously arrested and charged with a weapons offense, state police said. State police said the shooting began around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The names of the men and women wounded at the party are being withheld.
