Kentucky State Police: 2 Ohio Co. residents facing a combined 78 child porn counts December 17, 2020
Two Ohio County residents are facing a combined 78 counts related to the distribution and possession of child pornography.
On Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 21-year-old Tyler M. Davis, of Fordsville, and 68-year-old McClellan Baker, of Beaver Dam, on child pornography charges.
Davis was charged with 18 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
Baker was charged with 20 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.

â The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Hobert Lee Elswick, 48, on charges related to child sexual abuse material on Thursday.
Elswick was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child sexual exploitation online. Â
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Williamsburg on December 17, 2020. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSPâs forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Elswick is currently charged with five counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and four counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, 1
