Kellogg Community College resumes industrial trade students February Fox 17 Archives and last updated 2021-01-14 16:30:42-05 BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — In-person instruction for all Industrial Trades students will resume starting Feb. 1 Kellogg Community College s Regional Manufacturing Technology Center (RMTC) reports. RMTC, located in Battle Creek, hosts College s Industrial Trades and manufacturing programs, alongside workforce training initiatives.
