A Burlington County man is facing charges after allegedly offering to buy alcohol in exchange for sexual favors from a young woman. 28-year-old Sayal Sawaged of Mt. Holly was arrested and charged with second-degree luring, enticing child by various means; third-degree endangering the welfare of children; and simple assault. He is being held in the Cape May County Correctional Facility pending court proceedings. Sawaged also allegedly attempted to lure the victim into his vehicle and back to his residence. The victim was able to pull herself away from Sawaged and notified nearby officers.
