Five Manchester City players will miss Sunday s clash against Chelsea because of positive Covid-19 tests, Pep Guardiola has confirmed.
The Citizens announced on Christmas Day that Gabriel Jesus and Kyle Walker had tested positive along with two staff members.
Three days later, City s match against Everton at Goodison Park was postponed after a rise in cases although the club returned to training on Wednesday.
Guardiola has now revealed that three important players will be missing and while he didn t mention their names, he says everybody will know who they are when the line-ups come out.
